How it works

When it hits and you don't act on it, tap the button. That's one rep.
Check in each evening. It takes about twenty seconds, and your taps count toward your numbers on the days you check in.
Once a week holds ten events, your ratio appears: the share of those moments you logged and didn't act on.

Common questions

Is anything I record uploaded? No. Everything is stored on your phone, encrypted, and the app has no account, no analytics and no server. See the privacy policy.

Can I log without unlocking my phone? Yes. In the app, open Settings and tap Log without unlocking for how to add the button to your Lock Screen, Home Screen or Control Center.

I'm moving to a new phone. Your record comes back with an iCloud or computer backup, and its key comes back with iCloud Keychain. To be safe, open Settings, tap Export key and save the key somewhere private before you switch. If the new phone can't open your record, the app offers Import key: paste the key you saved.

How do I unlock my numbers, or restore a purchase? Settings, Full access, Unlock now. Restore purchases is on that screen.

How do I cancel a subscription? Subscriptions are handled by Apple. Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions.

Can it block websites? Your iPhone has a filter built in. In the app, open Settings and tap Block adult sites for the steps.
